COMING UP: Fitness Testing is available at WRS. Testing includes Body Fat Measurements, Blood Pressure, 3-minute Step Test, and the One (1) Mile Timed Walk/Run. Please see the front desk to sign up. Test Administrators are Jamie Flanagan, Omar Salazar, and Sarah Troup. *We are not medical practitioners. These measurements are to help you attain your fitness goals. For any additional advice or concerns, see your health care physician. The Super Antioxidant “Reclaim Your Health” Series is taking currently place at WRS. For detailed information and other courses offered, please see www.vibrantcuisine.com. Happy New Year! We have serious fitness business to take care of in 2008! We need to discuss your fitness levels, routines, Body School, membership, suggestions, and more! The New Year is the perfect time to set out to improve your physical fitness. We have developed Body School for that very reason. It's a daily program of fitness activities to improve the function of your body. If you are consistent in attendance, you will improve. I mentioned routines. Routines are actually important, but in this case, the spirit of the routine is far more important than the law of the routine. Change your routine. It can be as simple as adding one new exercise, one more minute of cardio, something that your body isn't currently doing. The trainers and I will help you make the changes that will keep you on familiar ground, by adding that little bit of spice that makes your routine more effective, just ask! Speaking of the trainers, grab a few stocking stuffers from them. They have guest passes you can drop in a stocking with care!
