What is Tai Chi? 1.) Tai Chi is a meditative, slow moving exercise. 2.) There are many variations of Tai Chi style. 3.) "Sun" is the style of Tai Chi that is used in the Arthritis Foundation's Tai Chi program because it is easy to learn, has a higher stance, uses agile steps, incorporates qigong, and has great depth of art to hold the practitioner's interest.

Why Tai Chi is good for people with arthritis: 1.) It improves flexibility, increases muscle strength. 2.) It decreases pain, increases energy and elevates mood. 3.) It improves balance which results in decreased falls

My Progressive Teaching Method 1.) Break the movements into smaller parts. 2.) Use the method: Watch me, follow me, and show me! 3.) Practice, practice, practice! 4.) Make Tai Chi a priority in your life!

Come and join the Fun!
