Gretchen received her BS in Education from Baylor University. She is Cooper Institute certified in Personal Training. She has been personal training for the past 22 years. Gretchen specialties are improved overall fitness, weight loss and functional fitness.
Julie received a B.S. in Exercise Science fro Schreiner University. She has a fitness training and group exercise certification through The Cooper clinic in Dallas. Julie has been training at WRS for 19 years.
Ross has a Bachelors in Kinesiology from Texas State University. He is certified through ACSM in personal training.
Joel is Ace certified with 16 years of training experience. He specializes in strength and muscle development. He has 20 years of competitive experience in National Level Strongman and Body builder.
Chris is a Certified Cooper Institute Personal Trainer. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Kinesiology at University of Texas at Tyler. He played baseball for 4 years at UT Tyler and coached for 1 year. Chris has been personal training for 8 years and specializes in weight gain, weight loss and sports specific training.
Madison graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelor of Science. She combines functional movements and Precision Nutrition to help her clients create an overall healthy lifestyle.
Robbie has been personal training for 22 years at WRS. He has a Business Degree from Ole Miss and is certified through NSCA.
Jenny is a 2005 graduate from Texas A&M with a Communications and Psychology degree. She is certified through ACSM in personal training. She has been training at WRS Athletic Club for 8 years.
Jan is a Baylor University graduate and Cooper clinic personal fitness trainer. She has been training at WRS for 16 years and specializes in nutritional guidance and life style coaching. Jan works with post rehab clients in areas of back and core strengthening.
Omar is a personal trainer for an individual or group. Omar’s certifications and qualifications include: Personal Trainer Certification from the Cooper Institute, Certified PACE Instructor from the Arthritis Foundation, Certified in Tai Chi from the Arthritis Foundation, and Master Trainer of “Matter of Balance” from the Area Agency on Aging.
Kyle has a BA in History from Baylor University. He has been in the Fitness and personal training industry going on 28 years.
